Most guys don't realize how easy it is to get into great shape. They don't realize how little time investment it takes to look and feel amazing.
The truth is, you don't need to spend hours in the gym each week. You don't need some sort of crazy, "secret sauce", magic pill workout. Really, there's just a few basic things you need to do in the gym (and outside of it) that will accomplish all the health and fitness goals you probably want to achieve.
Now, will the info in this episode get you prepared to step on stage at the next Mr. Universe bodybuilding contest? Nah. But I'm assuming you probably don't want to look like that anyways.
