3. Follow the "don't be an idiot" rule with your nutrition. Feel free to fit treats and "unhealthy" foods into your diet whenever you'd like, but don't overdo it. There's no need to get obsessed with the detail; generally speaking, just focus on getting some quality lean protein and some fruits and veggies into your diet.
